Summary:
Summary This position, reporting directly to the Area Vice President is responsible for achieving Company directed profitable sales of durable medical equipment volume targets for the territory assigned through the implementation of strategic and tactical sales activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: ? Sales Objectives & Product Growth: Responsible for growing key product areas as defined by the management team on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. This responsibility includes developing new customer contacts to increase and establish sales volume to attain goals developed with Sales and Marketing Management. Responsible for promoting company products and services in a professional and creative manner designed to achieve or exceed the defined sales objectives. ? Revenue Goals & Customer Satisfaction: Responsible for meeting and increasing territory revenue by servicing and growing existing business, as well as developing and servicing new accounts. This responsibility includes recognizing and establishing accounts with collectible revenue and developing goals with Sales and Marketing Management. Ensures high level of customer satisfaction through daily interaction with internal personnel and external customers. Meets minimum requirements for account management through individual contacts, individual training, group in services and trade shows attendance. ? Effective Referral Activity & Education: Develops new customer contacts to attain referrals from accounts that have minimal to no referral history with OrthoRehab, Inc. Educates physicians, hospital personnel, managed care organizations and other traditional referral sources on OrthoRehab, Inc.’s business philosophies, policies and procedures. ? Accurate Account Documentation & Timely Administration: Responsible for maintaining accurate records on sales activity, prospective and active accounts. Ensures timely completion and submission of paperwork, itineraries, and call reports and expense reports. Responsible for using accurate and complete information in noting, communicating and submitting information the intake and referral process. ? Company Policies & Procedures and Regulatory Compliance: Implements and ensures compliance to company policies and procedures, for federal, state and CHAPS regulations.

Qualifications
Qualifications To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required: Must be able to lift 50 pounds. One year in orthopedic device or two years in medical sales. Must have working knowledge of durable medical equipment. Must be able to work in high-volume, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. Must be PC literate with Microsoft Office experience. Must have excellent written and verbal skills. Exemplifies OrthoRehab, Inc.’s Company vision and guiding principles. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales objectives, consistent track record from previous experience. Driving record in good standing, with a current state driver’s license.

Education and/or Experience
Education and/or Experience Education or experience equivalent to a four-year college degree is required. Must have two years related work experience, with direct customer/account contact. Must have demonstrated ability to achieve sales objectives. Work experience in healthcare preferably Orthopedic Therapy, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or experience in Kineosology is an advantage.
