National Accounts Service Representative
Tempe Location

Summary:
The primary responsibility of this position is to act as an intake coordinator for incoming orders from the National Accounts and forward this information to the correct field office. They are the initial point of contact for National Account information inbound and outbound traffic. They serve a critical role between Field Sales and customers by forwarding messages, addressing concerns and providing general feedback on customer support issues to Sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer all customer calls to the National Accounts 800 number and refer to proper department as needed for resolution of specific concerns. Process orders and answer all inquiries related to orders from National Accounts customers and Field organization for CPM’s and ancillary products. Create order in computer system that identifies the patient information. Fax copy of referral with the order number to the appropriate Operations Supervisor. Provide critical link between customers and Field organization, forwarding messages and concerns that require field support. Coordinate pick-up of equipment from the patient upon the patient’s completion of use. Receive back-up documentation and maintain files for all patient orders. Coordinate information for cancelled orders and notify proper personnel of cancelled orders.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
There are no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Excellent PC skills with demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail Advanced problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to use good judgment in resolving customer service issues. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to completion

Education and/or Experience
1-2 years customer service experience, preferably in the orthopedic or medical industry. High School diploma
